How It Works

For every mailing you do with us (minimum of 500 pieces), we will provide you with a unique toll free number. This unique number will allow you to track the response rates of your individual mailing pieces, and allow you to market more effectively. By tracking the results of individual mailings, you can tweak individual items such as headline phrasing, coloring, caricatures, red markup, list, area etc... This is an invaluable marketing tool, and anyone serious about marketing must track the individual response rates.

When people call your unique toll-free mailing number, you can set it up to do 1 of 3 things:

#1 - Forward The Call, you can forward the call to any toll-free or local number. For instance you can have the call forwarded to your office, and if nobody picks up within 3 rings send it to voicemail. Or if you have a toll-free number already setup with your special message pre-recorded, you can forward all your calls to that number.

 

By forwarding the call you get to use your pre-existing toll-free/phone service, but can track the responses of the individual mailers. Since every time a personal calls your unique number it is logged in our system - and automatically emailed to you, you know how many callers you got, and when you got them for each mailer. This will allow you to effectively adapt and increase the effectiveness of your mailing pieces.

 

#2 - Send to voicemail, If you would like people to leave information, such as mailing address for a free report. We'll provide you with step-by-step instructions for recording your own message on our system - FREE.

 

When people call and leave a message you will receive an email with the recording attached.

#3 - Send To Our Information Hotline, If your call to action is to request a free report, then you can use our pre-recorded information hotline.

When people call the toll-free number they will be redirected to our pre-recorded information hotline, we then transcribe the messages every few days and email the new leads to you. This is by far the easiest solution to implement, and is FREE.

Accessing Your Leads

By Email - When you use our toll-free service, you will receive an automatic email every time somebody calls.

If you are using one of our pre-recorded message hotline then we'll listen to your messages and transcribe them for you, you'll then receive an email every few days with the details of your new leads.

Online - You can login to the members section on this website, using a username and password we'll create for you. Once logged in you will be able to see all the mailings you've done with us, how many calls they've gotten, listen to the messages - even what report you should be mailing to them.

With every toll-free number we provide, we give you the following additional services, absolutely free!

- Free Address Lookup: we look up the address in the phone book for every person who calls on your toll-free number. This way even if someone calls, but does not leave their address, or only leaves part of their address - you still have the lead.

- Phone Number & Caller ID Captured With Every Call: Every person who calls, even if just hang-up, we capture their phone number and caller ID information, and even attempt to find their address for you...so you never miss a lead.
